連桿是發(fā)動機最為重要的部件,連桿的模擬計算是一個非常有意義的研究領(lǐng)域。由于連桿的幾何形狀、邊界條件和作用載荷都非常復(fù)雜,要盡量精確地模擬連桿性能,選擇合適的計算方法是其中關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)之一。本論文主要完成了以下工作:(1)利用Pro/E軟件建立連桿的三維模型,并導(dǎo)入ANSYS軟件劃分網(wǎng)格得到有限元模型,包括模型選擇及簡化、單元選擇、網(wǎng)格劃分、選擇計算工況、確定邊界條件及確定載荷和約束施加等。(2)對連桿進行靜態(tài)分析,驗證了連桿有限元模型及邊界條件的正確性和可行性,得到了與實際情況相符的應(yīng)力云圖。(3)通過對連桿應(yīng)力云圖分析找到主要應(yīng)力集中區(qū)域,并分析其產(chǎn)生的機理和相應(yīng)的解決應(yīng)力集中的方案 本文分析了連桿的性能并研究了連桿強度計算方法,對今后發(fā)動機連桿強度計算有一定的參考價值。

(3) through found the main stress concentration region to the connecting rod stress cloud chart analysis, and analyzed the mechanism which and corresponding solution stress concentration plan it produced This article has analyzed connecting rod's performance and has studied the connecting rod strength calculation method, to present engine connecting rod the strength calculation has certain reference value.
