POSITION PURPOSE : To improve service quality of the region and enhance customer satisfaction To support marketing department in new product introduction in SYDB area KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise service admin and warranty person in service support team Provide service support on PCS to dealer and CSP and mine service engineers Coach and manage the service team of dealers on JV production Support marketing team in new product introduction in the north-easten of China area and coordinate with training department to arrange new product training to field service staff Optimize warranty system to reduce cycle time and lead warranty staff to ensure achievement of Cummins cycle time measurement ; communicate with finance department in reimbursement issues when needed Work out annual work plan for subordinates Work out IDP for subordinates to develop their skills QUALIFICATION: Education Associate degree or above Major in Engine or Automotive Working experience At least 3 years technical working experience with minimum 2 years managerial experience Cummins experience is preferred Cultural/Language Excellent English in writing and speaking Other requirement Strategic thinking Leadership skills Communication & coordination skills Teamwork skills Computer literacy Independent trouble-shooting skill
